How Retainer Support Works

Your retainer secures dedicated capacity for your business and guarantees priority within my schedule.
All retainer packages run for a minimum of three months to allow time for proper onboarding, systems setup, and consistent support.
Every retainer is tailored to your specific needs. Once priorities and tasks are agreed, a retainer agreement is put in place and support begins.
Retainers are paid monthly in advance by standing order. Any additional time required beyond your package can be accommodated at a reduced rate and will always be discussed transparently in advance.
